FSHM* 1500 - Introduction to Hospitality ManagementThis survey course is designed to provide beginning hospitality students with an understanding of the industry. Students are introduced to the terms and vocabulary in standard use. Organizations which represent the major components are studied, and operational characteristics are introduced.
