HORT* 1210 - Woody OrnamentalsTrees and shrubs are an integral part of any natural or man-made landscape. Proper identification of these plant species is a vital tool used by nursery workers, land managers, homeowners, landscape designers, etc. The focus of this course is on the basic principle and hands-on practices needed by a student to properly identify woody ornamentals growing throughout the United States.
