QSCS* 1552 - Customer Contact SkillsThis course focuses on specific communication skills associated with providing customer service in a business environment. Students learn both face-to-face and telephone contact skills including managing difficult customers, information sharing, and valuing customers with various ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
