PEAC* 1272 - Cardio/Power Circuit TrainingThis course is designed to give students an opportunity to enhance their personal wellness through the participation in moderate to vigorous physical activity. Students will learn various aspects of cardiorespiratory endurance as well as muscular strength and endurance that will help them to enhance the physical dimension of wellness. Prerequisites/Corequisites Students wishing to satisfy the Health and Wellness requirement must also enroll in HLED 1270 Personal Wellness during the same semester. Credits: 1 Lecture/Lab Hours 2 hrs/week |
