PEAC* 1273 - Weight TrainingThis course is designed to give students an opportunity to enhance their personal wellness through the participation in moderate to vigorous physical activity. Students will be introduced to a variety of exercises intended to increase muscular strength and endurance. Prerequisites/Corequisites Students wishing to satisfy the Health and Wellness requirement must also enroll in HLED 1270 Personal Wellness during the same semester.
