ES 1050 - Introduction to GIS

This is an introductory Geographic Information Systems (GIS) course. It introduces the student to current GIS uses, the basic elements of GIS both graphic and data, and use of a GIS software package.

Prerequisites:
Instructor approval

Lecture/Lab Hours: 1 lecture, 4 lab hrs/week
