FDSC 1580 - Wild Game Processing


This course provides an opportunity for students to study proper field care, wild game, food safety issues, and proper processing of their wild game for maximum palatability. Students are also exposed to meat processing equipment. Students learn meat processing skills and acquire knowledge pertinent to proper care and handling of wild game from field to table.
