Sustainable Food Systems AS

The Sustainable Food Systems program prepares students to become community leaders and entrepreneurs in sustainable agriculture and/or to transfer into a baccalaureate program at a college or university. Students graduating from this interdisciplinary program will be prepared to make responsible decisions in the production of food for their families, the environment, and the community, and will become responsible, discerning consumers as they are aware of the quality and safety issues surrounding the global food industry.
