PEAC 1272 - Cardio/Power Circuit Training This course is designed to give students an opportunity to enhance their personal wellness through the participation in moderate to vigorous physical activity. Students learn various aspects of cardiorespiratory endurance as well as muscular strength and endurance that will help them to enhance the physical dimension of wellness.

Minimum Student Competencies Upon completion of PEAC 1272 Cardio/Power Circuit Training, the student will:
- Assess the role of exercise in health related fitness.
- Improve and/or enhance specific health-related fitness components.
- Monitor heart rate throughout the duration of activity.
- Identify personal fitness goals.
- Practice proper technique.
- Demonstrate proper development of an individual circuit training program.
