MSFT 2300 - Cloud Computing + This course provides students with the skills necessary to support the configuration, deployment, management and maintenance in the cloud. The courses additionally covers security controls and troubleshooting procedures related to cloud implementations. This course covers all the necessary material to enable the student to take the CompTIA Cloud + certification.

Instructional Method Lecture/Lab
Prerequisites: MSFT 1520 Windows Server Networking, MSFT 1510 Windows Client Operating System, and MSFT 1745 A+ Computer Maintenance or instructor approval.
Minimum Student Competencies Upon completion of MSFT 2300 Cloud Computing + , the student will:
- Analyze system requirements to successfully execute workload migrations to the cloud.
- Determine proper allocation of cloud resources and apply necessary changes, based on performance data.
- Apply appropriate technologies and processes, including automation and orchestration, to ensure desired system performance.
- Implement appropriate security controls given requirements.
- Troubleshoot capacity, automation, connectivity and security issues related to cloud implementations.
