PEAC 1000 - Fitness: This course is designed to give students an opportunity to enhance their personal wellness through participation in moderate to vigorous physical activity. Students learn various aspects of cardiorespiratory endurance as well as muscular strength and endurance that will help them to enhance the physical dimension of wellness. Activities related to this course vary from semester to semester. Minimum Credits: 1 Grading: Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory
