MASS 1600 - Adaptive Massage Modalities
This course is designed to introduce students to adaptive massage considerations in various client settings. Covered populations may include cancer massage, hospice/palliative care, geriatric massage, massage for clients with physical disabilities and mental health needs. Students will learn to develop treatment protocols that adapt to the unique needs of their clients.
Prerequisites: Complete MASS 1500 Massage Therapy Techniques I.
Co-requisites: MASS 1510 Massage Therapy Techniques II.
Minimum Credits: 2
