FIN 3200 - Managerial Financial Economics This course covers financial, economic, and accounting fundamentals essential to develop fiscally responsible managers that will understand of the four financial statements, application of economic indicators and theory, and financial tools for decision making. Students learn how managers interface with accounting and finance departments in order to make data-driven, financially sound decisions that meet organizational objectives. Prerequisites: Students must be “Sophomore Standing” and have completed ECON 1010 Macroeconomics or 1020 Microeconomics, MATH 1000 Problem Solving or higher, IMGT 2400 Intro to Information Management or CMAP 1680 Office Productivity Tools or AGEC 1010 Intro to Ag Economics with a “C” or better. Completion of or concurrent enrollment of MGT 3230 Applied Supervision. Minimum Credits: 3 Grading: Letter
