MGT 3230 - Applied Supervision Introduces students to the supervisor’s role in organizations. This course emphasizes the development skills necessary to achieve organizational objectives through the use of interpersonal communication and Human Resources policies and procedures necessary to hire, document, motivate, correct and evaluate employees. This course also examines challenging situations facing today’s supervisors. Prerequisites: Sophomore Standing” and completion of or concurrent enrollment of Advanced Writing. Minimum Credits: 3 General Education Cultural Studies-Social & Behavioral Grading: Letter
