MGT 3430 - Conflict Management

This course prepares students to defuse problems, and negotiate in the business environment by developing decision making and communication skills. Students are provided a low-risk space to understand, develop or improve emotional intelligence. Students will be challenged to convey thoughts, suggestions and positions in a clear, professional, and understandable way.
Prerequisites: Advanced Writing with a “C” or better.
