MGT 4020 - Innovation Management This course is a study of the process of change and change management necessary in today’s globally competitive environment. This course will prepare students to: identify the types of changes that occur in organizations, access the human and economic components of planning and structuring change, analyze the importance of communication in change management and develop strategies to overcome resistance towards change. Prerequisites: Student must have completed 3200 Managerial Financial Economics and BADM 2000 Project Management with a “C” or better. Minimum Credits: 3 Grading: Letter
