MGT 3005 - Foundations of Leadership This course introduces students to leadership theory and aids them in identifying their leadership potential. It also provides a practical overview of the systematic process of leadership that includes influencing, interacting, following, complying, and initiating. With the goal of becoming a more effective leader, students will examine their leadership characteristics, identify areas of growth and development, and reflect on what being an ethical leader means to them. Prerequisites: Advanced Writing with a “C” or better. Minimum Credits: 3 Grading: Letter
