DSCI 1250 - Strategic Procurement and Sourcing

This course provides students with an understanding of the principles and practices involved in the strategic management of procurement and sourcing functions within organizations. Optimization of procurement processes, drivers of cost savings, mitigating risks, and enhancing supply chain performance are covered.
