DSCI 2230 - Iterative Project Management Techniques

This course covers agile project management techniques for a variety of project applications. From setting up roles and responsibilities to planning and execution of a project. The focus will be on the value of iterative, incremental improvement when managing new products. Topics covered include agile project structure and methodology, project planning and controls, identification and tracking of metrics and key performance indicators, and strategies for implementing continuous improvement.
