DHYG 2400 - Head, Neck, and Oral Anatomy and Physiology This course focuses on the structure and function of the head and neck of the human body, including the nomenclature of bones, muscles, blood vessels, nerves, glands, lymphatic structure, fasciae, and spaces. Emphasis is placed on structures associated with the mouth and the masticatory system and their clinical application to the dental hygiene process of care. Prerequisites: Sequence of coursework is established by the dental hygiene program. Minimum Credits: 2 Grading: Letter
