MATH 2485 - Math Seminar This course introduces mathematics majors to modern mathematical reasoning and discourse, emphasizing the distinctive ways in which logic and language are used and the motivations behind them. Several topics are explored, illustrating mathematics as a living, dynamic subject with its own culture and conventions. Offered S/U only.
