This course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the strategic management process, emphasizing the importance of strategic planning and decision-making in organizational success. The course covers key topics such as environmental scanning, competitor analysis, and the integration of internal functions like finance, human resources, marketing, and operations. The course also explores various decision-making frameworks and techniques to address complex business problems, prioritize tasks, and optimize resource allocation.
Prerequisites: Senior standing, and FIN 3200 Managerial Financial Economics with a “C” or better.
