INDM 3470 - Industrial Technologies Practicum This course will provide students an Experiential Learning (EL) opportunity. Students will apply the knowledge and skills that they are learning in the classroom in a work setting with an Industry Partner. Projects will provide practical experience and build a portfolio showcasing progress towards the mastery of these skills.
This course is designated as an Occupational Lecture/Lab course, which represents a minimum time commitment of 67.5 hours of in-class work and 67.5 hours of self-directed work to be completed with the assistance of the student’s Industry Partner. While set by the individual instructor, students should expect a course commitment of approximately 180 hours or more. Prerequisites: Students must have ”Junior Standing”, completed MGT 3230 Applied Supervision with a “C” or higher, and have an Industry Partner contract. Minimum Credits: 3 Grading: Letter
