MGT 3430 - Conflict Management

This course equips students with skills to manage and resolve conflicts in business environments by enhancing decision-making and communication abilities. Through a low-risk learning environment, students will develop and refine their emotional intelligence. They will learn to convey thoughts, suggestions, and positions clearly and professionally, optimizing outcomes in negotiation scenarios.
