MGT 3800 - Labor Relations and Public Policy This course is designed to be an overview of comparative labor movements and labor relation systems. In this course, students develop a framework for understanding union formation in the United States. An emphasis will be placed on interaction between unions and political organizations, national labor policies, the resolution of workplace problems through the collective bargaining process. Prerequisites: Completion of Advanced Writing with a “C” or better. Minimum Credits: 3 Grading: Letter
