MGT 4100 - Developing Leaders for Today’s Global Markets This course explores leadership theory and addresses emerging issues and challenges in dynamic, global organizations. Students will build solid leadership foundations, focusing on the impact of personality and leadership styles on the workplace. The course covers diverse topics such as community diversity and ethical leadership approaches. Through this course, students will enhance their individual and organizational leadership effectiveness and gain a deeper understanding of the global business environment, preparing them for future leadership roles. Prerequisites: Junior Standing, completion of Advanced Writing with a “C” or better, and completion of MGT 3110 Business Ethics with a “C” or better. Minimum Credits: 3 General Education Cultural Studies-Global Diversity Grading: Letter
