TECH 2700 - Career and Technical Education (CTE) Discover This course provides high school students with an in- depth introduction to Career and Technical Education (CTE) and its diverse career pathways. Participants will delve into the significance of CTE in modern education, learn about the crucial role CTE plays in both academic institutions and society, and develop a deep appreciation for the rewards of pursuing a career in this field. Students will also examine instructional design and explore professional development opportunities within CTE, gaining a solid foundation in the fundamentals of the field and understanding the role and benefits associated with becoming a CTE teacher. Prerequisites: Consent of the Instructor. Minimum Credits: 3 Grading: Letter
