BANK 1700 - Money and Banking This course covers the topic of money and its basic functions, banking and the economic role banks play, banking regulations, current trends and issues in banking, the role of the Federal government and the application and effects of U.S. and international monetary policies. It will help students understand terminology associated with banking, recognize changes affecting the banking industry, and to understand the role banks play in national economy.
