FSHM 2500 - Hospitality Supervision This course is designed to provide students with the principles of supervision as they apply specifically to the hospitality industry. Students will learn how to utilize a company’s greatest asset, human resources.
Co-requisites: This course may be taken concurrently with any Hospitality course
