PEAC 1273 - Weight Training This course is designed to give students an opportunity to enhance their personal wellness through the participation in moderate to vigorous physical activity. Students will be introduced to a variety of exercises intended to increase muscular strength and endurance. Activities related to this course vary from semester to semester.

Credits: 1
Lecture/Lab Hours: 2 lab hrs/week
General Education Requirement: Health/Wellness when paired with HLED 1270
