The Project Management Certificate prepares professionals that can navigate the ever-changing landscape of project management successfully. This course of study will provide insight into when a set of work activities becomes a project and how to drive successful project implementation. Through the coursework and real-world application students will prepare a portfolio of tools and techniques that can be used in their current and future positions.
Program Outcomes:

Acquire the ability to plan, implement, and manage activities to accomplish a specific objective.
