The Associate of Science in Animal Science is an agricultural degree that allows students to gain knowledge and experience in this multi-disciplinary field. Students build upon a foundation of science with hands-on, practical animal science courses in their area of interest.

PO #3 Apply knowledge of consumer demand to decision-making in the production of domestic livestock

PO #4 Recommend animal production practices according to their practicality and profitability

A “C” or better in all required program courses & the following general education courses – math, science, basic and advanced writing.
