Agricultural Business program outcomes include developing skills in analysis, communication, and technology, understanding production and management principles, and applying business concepts to agricultural markets for careers in finance, sales, and management. Graduates are equipped to make profitable decisions, understand the global and local agricultural landscape, and work ethically to support the agriculture industry. 

Program Outcomes:

  1. Analyze agricultural production, land and water resources, and market systems. 

  2. Apply an understanding of the global and local agricultural economies, commodity markets, and the opportunities and challenges within the agricultural industry.  

  3. Examine the relationships between inputs and outputs in agricultural fields to make effective and profitable decisions. 

  4. Apply critical and ethical thinking processes to application software, technology, and other resources to research, analyze, and integrate data to solve agribusiness problems. 

A “C” or better in all required program courses & the following general education courses – math, science, basic and advanced writing.
