AGRI 1200 - Agritourism Development

This course is designed to provide students with an understanding of Agritourism enterprises and the important aspects of running a business in this industry. Students will identify processes for providing a pleasant and entertaining experience while maintaining a safe, clean environment and friendly atmosphere. Potential issues will be identified. Key partnerships for a successful business will also be discussed. Students will prepare a business plan for an Agritourism venture.
