CMAP 1501 - Keyboarding/Word Processing This course provides instruction in developing and improving the basic keyboarding skills needed to key alphabetic, numeric, and special symbol characters on the computer keyboard. Emphasis will be placed on the acquisition of a minimum keyboarding speed as required by community standards. It also provides instruction in basic word processing features, including creating, saving, deleting, and printing documents, and formatting memos, letters, reports, manuscripts, and tables.
Prerequisites: CMAP 1500 - Computer Keyboarding or a keyboarding speed of 20 wmp
