The Computer Networking Administration AAS Program will prepare students for roles in the various field of information technology. Successful completion of this program will prepare student for recognized certifications such as the Cisco Certified Network Associate, the COMP/TIA A+ and the Microsoft MCSA. Students will also develop speaking and writing skills, allowing them to more effectively communicate with colleagues and employers.
Computer Networking Administration Program Outcomes
- Demonstrate installation and maintenance of computer network systems.
- Create computer programs and scripts.
- Implement VLANs and subnetting in a network environment.
- Troubleshoot network communication failure.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of databases and SQL programming.
