LS 3200 - Route Surveying

This course covers laying out of super elevation and circular, parabolic, and spiral curves; the difference between highway and railway horizontal curve geometry; offsets to spiral curves as boundaries; area and volumes of earthwork.
Prerequisites: ENTK 2070 Engineering Surveying I or LS 2010, and ES 1060 or ES 1061.
