This course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the strategic management process, emphasizing the importance of strategic planning and decision-making in organizational success. The course covers key topics such as environmental scanning, competitor analysis, and the integration of internal functions like finance, human resources, marketing, and operations. Prerequisites: Senior standing, and FIN 3200 Managerial Financial Economics with a “C” or better.
