MGT 3440 - Contract and Quality Management

This course offers an overview of contract management processes and quality management initiatives. Students will learn to acquire external resources through suppliers, understand legal contract requirements, and study best practices in contract management and purchasing within project management. Additionally, the course covers initiatives to improve quality and provides practical skills for implementing these improvements, enhancing students’ understanding of Quality Management.
Prerequisites: Completion of Advanced Writing with a “C” or better.
