MGT 3500 - Fundamentals of Corporate Management

This course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of key tasks performed by corporate managers, equipping them with essential skills and competencies needed for various management levels. Students will explore the development and implementation of policies and procedures and learn to evaluate organizational performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prerequisites: Completion of Advanced Writing with a “C” or better.
