DSCI 2210 - Effective Project Management

This course focuses on the skills needed to launch and maintain a successful project. Emphasis is on the identification of resources, developing strategies for monitoring, and controlling project progress. Specific topics include project scheduling, cost and schedule monitoring, identification of the critical path, and project closure workflows.
