DSCI 2240 - Risk in Project Management


This course covers the risk management process in project management from identification and assessment to response development.   Topics include risk-versus-opportunity analysis, contingency planning, change control management, and reserves.  The tools explored will include basic simulation strategies, contingency planning, change control management, and a risk matrix.
Prerequisites: DSCI 2200 Project Planning and Execution
