FDSC* 1610 - Seafood Process/Merchandising Seafood Processing and Manufacturing is a course designed to train students in seafood buying, handling, and merchandising. Students will study related areas for seafood including management, buying, handling, sanitation, merchandising, and facility design.
Prerequisites/Corequisites Prerequisites: Complete FDSC*1050- Food Safety Certification I with a C or better.
