FDSC* 1580 - Wild Game Processing Wild game processing will provide a unique opportunity for students to study proper field care, personal and food safety issues, processing techniques and procedures, and freezing and cooking of wild game. This is a required course for the AAS Meat Science Degree and would also be of interest to anyone wanting to learn about care and handling of wild game.
