FSHM* 2510 - Hospitality Marketing This course will teach the student how to reach hospitality consumers in an increasingly competitive marketplace. Students learn how to verify the needs and wants of consumers, how to tailor the product-service mix to satisfy those needs and wants and how to promote the mix to maximize income. Key marketing strategies are addressed, as well as interrelationships between marketing, sales and advertising and their significance on consumers.
