THEA* 2100 - Acting II Acting II builds on the foundation acquired in Acting I. This course will focus on more advanced acting processes which “empower” the actor to become more expressive. This course will focus on scene study and characters. Specific exercises in the areas of voice and movement, interpretation, and improvisation will be included to expand the actors ways of creating characters. Scenes will be selected from various periods and genres as the semester progresses. The student will explore such aspects as given circumstances, objectives and obstacles, strategies and tactics, and beats and structure of a scene.
Prerequisites/Corequisites Prerequisites: Complete THEA*1100-Beginning Acting.
Credits: (3.00 cr.)
