ATSC 2000 - Introduction to Meteorology This course is an introduction to the fundamental concepts of meteorology. Studies include solar radiation, atmospheric structure, global circulation patterns, local winds, stability of air masses, precipitation processes, weather systems and forecasting, severe weather, atmospheric chemistry, atmospheric optics, and global climate change.
