BIOL 2050 - Biology of Aging & Human Development This course provides an overview of cellular, physiological, anatomical, and nutritional aspects of aging, which includes current theories of aging Changes seen with aging for each body system are covered and the distinction of normal versus abnormal aging is made. The interrelationships between biological aging and the psychological, social, and economic factors of aging are discussed.
Prerequisites: BIOL 1010 - General Biology I or ZOO 1200 - Human Biology
