CULA 2000 - Culinary Production Culinary Production takes an extensive hands-on approach to the planning and preparation of all types of food production. Overviews and principles of general food production are thoroughly covered in the planning, purchasing, preparation, presentation, and proper storage of several different types of food. Students will learn how to tailor the guidelines of several learned techniques to fit the specific needs of any operation.
Prerequisites: CULA 1500 - Food Principles I or written permission from the program director
Credits: 7
