FSHM 1510 - Applied Food Service Sanitation Students will learn the latest developments, procedures, current government standards and emerging issues in Food Service Sanitation, as well as an understanding of Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Point, the hospitality industry’s system of choice.
Co-requisites: Coreq: This course may be taken concurrently with any Hospitality course.
